This document contains general information on the legal nature of the website (internet) portal www.eAukcie.sk (eAukcie.sk e-aukcie.sk, elektronickaaukcia.sk) as owned by the company eBIZ Corp. spol. with r.o. (hereinafter the Company),  adjustment of rights and obligations of third parties towards the Company in using of the web (internet) sites and its information which they contain. Please carefully read this document.

1.1 All materials as displayed or mentioned on the Company's web (internet) pages, including all documents, files, graphics, codes and general appearance of the site are subject to copyright, unless stated otherwise. All rights reserved unless explicitly stated otherwise.
1.2 Any unauthorised interference with the Company's web (internet) sites' content, or unauthorised use of them or parts thereof, may be violation of the company's copyrights or copyright related rights of third parties or companies. Any use of the contents as falling under these copyrights without explicit permission of the author or a person, who is entitled to provide consent to the use of content, as well as unauthorised interference with copyright works, including the unauthorised reproduction and storing in memory and electronic media is illegal and punishable under civil and criminal law.

2.1 eAuctions ™ is a registered trademark of eBIZ Corp s.r.o.
2.2 The Company and other natural and legal persons are the owners of registered trade marks, patents or other authorisations as per industrial property law or other rights of intangible goods, which are mentioned or shown on the Company's web (internet) site. Their unauthorised use, interference with their text or graphic design or other unauthorised handling, including forgery, may constitute a breach of law on competition or the rights of intangible goods.

3.1 Nothing as mentioned on the Company's web (internet) pages in the text or graphic form is not to be considered as providing advice, instruction or recommendation. No information can be considered as a basis for any decisions or actions.
 
3.2 The Company assumes no liability and assumes no responsibility for accuracy, completeness, use or exploitation of information contained on the web (internet) site.

The general comprehensive limitation of liability applies to any damage compensation, whichever their nature may be.
